The team at Silver Springs has continued to deliver an excellent, caring and personalised

service over the last year. In particular we were so touched by Luzia and other members of the

team’s help in delivering two lots of difficult news to M** about the loss of her much loved

Auntie and her best friend K** – and with different kind touches afterwards to help remember

them both and come to terms with it all. This was truly appreciated. We also love the new

furniture in her bedroom – it looks great and is another great example of how M**’s is made

to feel happy in her environment. Thank you Silver Springs.
